We offer a free trial account that allows users to explore our platform and its features without any payment or credit card information. This gives you the opportunity to fully evaluate our services before choosing a paid subscription plan.
Paid Subscriptions
Once you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, the corresponding subscription will be activated on your account immediately after successful payment. Because our services are digital and subscription-based, and resources are provisioned instantly, all payments made are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew once it expires.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where duplicate payments are made due to a technical error or billing malfunction. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
